Details
Call 13C, officially referred to as "call 13C", is an install overdrive in which Bedman? can enter a powered up state for a brief duration. Enhancements in this state include, but is not limited to, 10% damage buff, 10% defense buff, and more powerful versions of Bedman?'s Error 6E follow ups to its specials attacks.[1]
Trivia
This move, similar to Call 4CC, has special voice lines said by Delilah when used in a match against Happy Chaos.[2] Delilah's tone changes from her usual frightened speech to a much more passive and less remorseful inflection.
