그러나 본래는 무기가 아니므로 착한 어린이도, 나쁜 어린이도 따라 하지 마세요. 또, 메이의 원안 당초에는 도끼를 들고 있었는데, 그 설정이 살아 있었다면 쾌적단은 나무꾼 집단이 됐을지도 모른다…….

May's incredible strength allows her to use one of these tremendous things as a weapon. She swings her anchor around as if it weighs almost nothing, which makes one wonder just how strong she actually is. That said, an anchor is really not meant to be a weapon, and we strongly encourage all children to never attempt to imitate May, no matter how cool she looks.
Interesting fact: The original design for May gave her an axe instead of an anchor. If that design had been accepted, perhaps the pirates would have been more like lumberjacks.

本作中它是怪力少女梅伊的武器，她仅凭单手就能挥舞自如。
但是它原本并不是当武器用的，所以无论是好孩子还是坏孩子都不要学她。另外，梅伊的原案拿的其实是斧头，要是那个设定保留下来了，快贼团可能就变成伐木团了……
意指船停靠時，固定用的鐵製沉子。
在本作中，怪力少女梅伊能以單手甩來甩去，當作武器來使用。
但是這本來的用途並非武器，所以不管是好孩子還是壞孩子都不可以學。另外，梅伊原來的角色設定是拿著斧頭，如果這個設定還存在，快賊團說不定就是樵夫集團了……。
Bei Ankern handelt es sich traditionellerweise um schwere Metallgegenstände, mit deren Hilfe Seeleute Schiffe an Ort und Stelle halten.
May kann aufgrund ihrer unglaublichen Stärke einen dieser gewaltigen Gegenstände als Waffe verwenden. Dabei schwingt sie ihren Anker, als wäre er federleicht. Da fragt man sich, wie stark May eigentlich ist. Abgesehen davon ist ein Anker nicht wirklich als Waffe gedacht. Wir raten allen Kindern dringend davon ab, es May nachzumachen, ganz gleich, wie cool sie dabei aussieht.
Interessanter Fakt am Rande: Der ursprüngliche Entwurf für May sah eine Axt anstelle eines Ankers vor. Wenn dieser Entwurf angenommen worden wäre, würde es anstelle der Piraten im Spiel womöglich Holzfäller geben.
Tradicionalmente, las anclas son trozos de metal muy pesados que permiten a los marineros mantener a los barcos en una ubicación concreta.
Gracias a su enorme fuerza, May utiliza una de ellas como arma. La blande de un lado a otro como si no pesara nada, lo que hace que muchos se planteen cuál será su fuerza real. En realidad no están pensadas como armas y no es recomendable imitar a May, por mucho que a ella le quede genial.
Como curiosidad, el diseño original de May era con un hacha en lugar de un ancla. Si se hubiera seguido adelante con ese diseño, tal vez las piratas hubieran sido más bien leñadoras.

D'une force prodigieuse, May se sert de l'un de ces engins imposants comme arme, qu'elle fait tourner autour d'elle comme s'il ne pesait rien. À se demander où s'arrête sa force, exactement. Rappelons cependant qu'une ancre n'est pas une arme et que nous conseillons fortement aux enfants de ne jamais tenter d'imiter May, même si elle a l'air très cool.
À noter : dans les premières ébauches, May se battait à l'aide d'une hache. Si ce style avait été accepté, les pirates seraient peut-être des bûcherons.

L'incredibile forza di May le permette di usare come arma uno di questi tremendi oggetti. Rotea l'ancora come se non pesasse quasi nulla, il che fa riflettere su quanto lei sia forte in realtà. Detto questo, un'ancora non è davvero pensata per essere usata come arma e incoraggiamo vivamente tutti i bambini a non imitare May, a prescindere da quanto lei possa farlo sembrare divertente.
Aneddoto interessante: il design originale di May prevedeva un'ascia anziché un'ancora. Se quell'idea fosse stata accettata, forse oggi le piratesse avrebbero potuto essere più simili a delle taglialegna.
