기어 세포의 생체병기화 기술에서 파생된 기생생물의 일종이다.
소체가 원천이 되는 것이 아니라, 단순히 기생한다는 점이 통상의 기생수와 다르다.
태어난 금수는 독립사고 생명체가 되며, 병기의 폭주를 억제하기 위해 수명이 설정되었다.
현재까지 어새신 조직의 전 수령 「자토」가 사용한 금주 「식정영진」에 의해 금수『에디』가 태어난 케이스가 확인되어 있으며, 계속되는 힘의 혹사와 정신 허약화에 의해 숙주 자토가 육체를 빼앗긴 현상이 동시에 보고되었다.

A parasitic organism that is derived from Gear cell-enhanced living weapons. In theory they do not actually drain the life of their host as a true parasite would, but only require a host to survive.
Forbidden beasts are conscious of their own existence and are capable of advanced thought. As a check against the power they might develop, these beasts have limited lifespans hardcoded into them.
Currently the only forbidden beast on record is Eddie, whose host was Zato, the leader of the Assassin's Guild. Zato's overreliance on Eddie was his downfall, however, and ultimately the forbidden beast took control of his mind and body.

素体を源泉とするのではなく、単純に寄生する点が通常の寄生獣とは異なる。
生み出された禁獣は独立思考の生命体となり、また、兵器の暴走を抑えるため寿命が設定されている。
現在までの所、アサシン組織の元首領「ザトー」が行使した禁呪「蝕精影陣」によって禁獣『エディ』が生み出されたケースが確認されており、度重なる力の酷使と精神の虚弱により、宿主であるザトーの身体が乗っ取られる事象が同時に報告されている。

与普通寄生兽不同的是，它并非将基体作为力量源泉，而只是单纯寄生在上面。
生出的禁兽会变成具备独立思考能力的生命体，并且，为了防止失控，禁兽的寿命也是固定的。
目前能确认到的例子，只有暗杀组织的前任首领“扎特”使用的禁咒“蚀精影阵”诞生出了禁兽“艾迪”，同时还有报告称，宿主扎特因使用力量过度以及精神虚弱，出现肉体被禁兽夺舍的现象。

Ein parasitärer Organismus, der von den mit Gear-Zellen verstärkten lebenden Waffen stammt. Theoretisch entziehen diese Wesen ihrem Wirt nicht das Leben wie ein echter Parasit, sondern benötigen nur einen Wirt, um zu überleben.
Verbotene Bestien sind sich ihrer eigenen Existenz bewusst und besitzen erweiterte kognitive Fähigkeiten. Diesen Lebewesen wurde eine feste Lebensdauer einprogrammiert, um die Macht im Zaum zu halten, die sie entwickeln könnten.
Der einzige bisher offiziell bekannte verbotene Bestie ist Eddie, dessen Wirt Zato war, der Anführer der Assassinengilde. Zatos blindes Vertrauen in Eddie war jedoch sein Untergang – letztendlich übernahm die verbotene Bestie die Kontrolle über Zatos Geist und Körper.

Las bestias prohibidas son autoconscientes y capaces de razonar de forma avanzada. Como contrapartida en caso de que desarrollen un gran poder, están diseñadas para que sus vidas sean muy limitadas.
Actualmente, la única bestia prohibida que aparece en los registros es Eddie, cuyo anfitrión fue Zato, el líder del Gremio de Asesinos. Zato dependía excesivamente de Eddie y eso resultó ser su condena: con el tiempo, la bestia prohibida le arrebató el control de su mente y su cuerpo.
Un organisme parasite créé à partir d'armes vivantes améliorées grâce aux cellules de Gear. En théorie, elles ne sont pas censées vampiriser leur hôte comme le font les parasites ; elles ont seulement besoin d'un corps pour les accueillir.
Conscientes de leur propre existence, elles sont capables de réflexions poussées. Pour éviter qu'elles ne développent une puissance incontrôlable, leur durée de vie est limitée.
La seule bête défendue connue à ce jour est Eddie, l'ombre de Zato, le chef de la Guilde des assassins. Sa trop grande dépendance à Eddie cause sa perte et ce dernier finit par prendre le contrôle de son esprit et de son corps.

Le bestie proibite sono consapevoli della propria esistenza e sono capaci di formulare pensieri strutturati. Per tenere sotto controllo il potere che potrebbero sviluppare, la durata della vita di queste bestie è predefinita affinché sia limitata.
Attualmente l'unica bestia proibita nota è Eddie, il cui ospite era Zato, leader della Gilda degli Assassini. L'eccessiva dipendenza di Zato da Eddie portò alla sua rovina e, alla fine, la bestia proibita prese il controllo della sua mente e del suo corpo.
