A publication that collects the best of various things around the world. The official name is "Guinness World Records". It's also nicknamed the "Guinness Book". They have a standardized system to recognize the best of something in the world, and publish their periodical once a year. Publishing ceased for the first time in history during the Crusades, but they went back into print afterwards following the same concepts, certifying the best in the world of various feats and fields, published annually.
