전 세계의 모든 단말기에 특정 신호를 강제 개입시킬 수 있다.
소위 말하는 바이러스 프로그램이다.
감염 경로나 조건을 필요로 하기는커녕, 음성이나 영상 출력 기능이 없는 단말기에도 해당 기능들을 재현할 수 있으며, 심지어는 수신 단말기조차 필요 없다.
또, 이 프로그램의 가장 우수한 부분은 현존하는 모든 통신 서비스보다 네트워크 트래픽을 효율적으로 관리한다는 점이다.

世界中の全ての端末に特定の信号を強制介入させることが出来る。
いわゆるウィルスプログラムである。
感染経路や条件を必要としないどころか、音声や映像の出力を持たない端末にもそれらの機能を再現することが可能であり、極論受信端末すら必要としない。
またこのプログラムの最も優れている部分は、ネットワークトラフィックを現存する全通信サービスよりも効率よく整理することである。

A magic-based program developed by Zappa's colleague, Randy. He is able to forcibly send a unique signal to all terminals around the world. Which makes it sound a lot like a virus.
It does not require an infection route and does not require the terminal to have audio or visual capacities to recreate its effects. In extreme cases, it does not even require reception sensors.
The most impressive part about this software, however, is the fact that it can more quickly decipher and process information than all the network service providers combined.
