전환점은 군사교관 가브리엘에 의한 쿠데타였다. 포템킨과 노예병사들의 활약도 있어, 쿠데타는 성공. 가브리엘은 무장과학황국 체프로 국명을 고치고 초대 대통령에 취임. 뜻을 잃어버린 체프의 양심을 되찾고 노예를 해방. 쿠데타에서 활약한 포템킨은 가브리엘의 신뢰를 얻어 특수부대의 정식 군인이 되었다. 상사이자 무의 스승이기도 하며 자신을 구원해준 가브리엘에게 은의를 느끼고 충성을 다하고 있다.
「요람 사건」에서는 램리썰의 선전포고 후, 가브리엘에게 척후를 명받고 일본 적지로 향했다. 그러나 도중에 베드맨와 조우. 선전하지만 아쉽게 패배했다.

“摇篮事件”中，拉姆蕾萨尔向全人类宣战后，波乔姆金奉加百列之命前往日本遗迹。然而中途碰上了贝德曼，波乔姆金全力应战，但还是落败了。

Gabriel gründete das Land als Unabhängiger Schwebender Staat Zepp neu und wurde der erste Präsident des neuen Staates. Er ließ die Prinzipien wieder aufleben, auf deren Grundlage Zepp ursprünglich gegründet worden war, und er befreite die Sklaven. Auch Potemkin vollbrachte während der Revolution bemerkenswerte Leistungen und verdiente sich das Vertrauen Gabriels. Mittlerweile dient er in einer verdeckten Einheit, die ihre Befehle direkt vom Präsidenten erhält.
Gabriel ist Potemkins Vorgesetzter, Retter und Mentor in allen Belangen des Lebens.
Als Gabriel die Kriegserklärung Ramlethal Valentines an die Menschheit erhält, schickt er Potemkin in die Ruinen Japans, wo er nach Ramlethal suchen soll. Warum Ramlethal dort geblieben ist, ist ein Rätsel ... ebenso wie der Grund, warum sie überhaupt erschienen ist. Potemkin besteigt sein Schiff mit einer Vorahnung und macht sich auf den Weg nach Japan.
Während des Wiege-Zwischenfalls befiehlt Gabriel Potemkin, Japan zu erkunden und herauszufinden, was dort vor sich geht. Bedman findet Potemkin jedoch und entbindet ihn von seiner Aufgabe.
Vor Scham über seine verheerende Niederlage war Potemkin am Boden. Dank Kys Zuspruch fand er aber wieder den Weg zurück an die Front.

Gabriel rebaptise le pays État aérien indépendant de Zepp et en devient le premier président. Il revient aux principes sur lesquels Zepp avait à l'origine été fondé et libère les esclaves. La participation de Potemkin à la révolution est remarquée et Gabriel lui accorde sa confiance. Il sert désormais dans une unité secrète sous les ordres directs du président.
Gabriel est à la fois le supérieur, le sauveur et le mentor de Potemkin dans tous les domaines, et même dans la vie.
