Guilty Gear X BATTLE for SAINT Sammy's CUP CHAMPIONSHIP Is a DVD released in August of 2001 featuring the top 16 matches in the February 11th 2001 BATTLE for SAINT Sammy's CUP CHAMPIONSHIP. This DVD also features technical tips for Guilty Gear X, an exclusive interview with Daisuke Ishiwatari, and the PS2 trailer for Guilty Gear X.
Guilty Gear X BATTLE for SAINT Sammy's CUP CHAMPIONSHIP DVD has footage of the venue and explains the break down of elimination before getting into the tournament footage. All match footage are external recordings of the arcade cabinets therefore it is blurrier than the rest of the DVD. There are several shots of attendees and cosplayers featured as well. The technical tips portion is recorded digitally allowing for clearer picture where it features several character combos.The PS2 Trailer features the instant kills of various Guilty Gear X characters.
