신원은 밝혀지지 않았으며, 가면 밑의 맨얼굴을 아는 자는 많지 않다.
「요람 사건」에서는 세계정복을 위해 저스티스를 이률리아 성으로 옮겨, 세인트 엘모의 에너지를 이용해 저스티스와 융합하려 했다. 그러나 저스티스의 잠재의식에 의해 거부당하고, 솔의 방해를 받아 계획은 실패로 끝났다. 동포 리브라리아의 희생에 의해 목숨을 건져, 전 UN 원로원 최후의 생존자가 되었다.

Chronus is one of the four members of the Conclave and is the closest thing to a leader that they have. He was one of the original Apostles who helped spread the knowledge of magic to the rest of the world. No one knows where he came from or what lies behind his mask.
To conquer the world during the Cradle Incident, he brought Justice to Illyria Castle and attempted to revive her using the energy from St. Elmo's Flame. Nonetheless, Justice's rejection and Sol's intervention hindered his efforts. With Libraria's sacrifice, he managed to survive the incident, making him the only known survivor in the Conclave.

也是身負「法力」普及的重任的「使徒」之一。
來歷不明，只有幾個人知道他面具下的真面目。
為了在「搖籃事件」征服世界，將迦斯堤送往伊利里亞城，使用聖艾爾摩之火的能量，成功與迦斯堤融合。但是他遭到迦斯堤的潛意識拒絕，同時也因索爾的阻礙，計畫以失敗告終。因同胞黎布拉莉亞的犧牲而得以保住性命，成為前聯合國元老院最後的生存者。
Während des Wiege-Zwischenfalls brachte Chronus Justice ins Schloss Illyria und versuchte, sie mithilfe der Energie des Elmsfeuers wiederzuerwecken, um die Welt zu erobern. Durch Justice‘ Weigerung und Sols Einschreiten wurde ihm jedoch Einhalt geboten. Dank Librarias Opfer überlebte Chronus den Zwischenfall. Er ist jedoch der einzige bekannte Überlebende des Konklaves.
Con el fin de conquistar el mundo durante el Incidente de la Cuna, llevó a Justice al castillo de Iliria e intentó revivirla usando la energía del fuego de san Telmo. Sin embargo, el rechazo de Justice y la intervención de Sol obstaculizaron sus esfuerzos. Con el sacrificio de Libraria, logró sobrevivir al incidente, pero es el único superviviente conocido del Cónclave.
Lors de l'incident du Berceau, il apporte le corps de Justice jusqu'au château d'Illyria afin de la ramener à la vie grâce à l'énergie du Feu de St Elmo. Son but : conquérir le monde. Mais le rejet de Justice et l'intervention de Sol mettent ses plans à mal. Le sacrifice de Libraria lui permet de survivre, ce qui fait de lui le seul membre encore en vie du Conclave.
Per conquistare il mondo durante l'Incidente della Culla, portò Justice al Castello di Illyria e tentò di rianimarla usando l'energia del fuoco di sant'Elmo. Tuttavia, il rigetto di Justice e l'intervento di Sol minarono i suoi piani. Con il sacrificio di Libraria, riuscì a sopravvivere all'incidente, ma è l'unico sopravvissuto noto del Conclave.
