It was in this foreign country he had his first near-death experience. While the reason remains unknown, he woke up in his own pool of blood unharmed, despite receiving fatal injuries.
Going through an infinite cycle of death and life, he has lived for close to 1,000 years. Being in a constant state of perpetual life and not being able to die, he has lost all interest in life. He can no longer be moved by any of his five senses, and pain becomes the only source of pleasure.

Ormai non può provare più nulla tramite nessuno dei suoi cinque sensi. Il dolore è diventato la sua unica fonte di piacere.
