All Dead is Slayer's only-known Instant Kill, which first appeared in Guilty Gear XX and went on to appear in the Xrd games.
Overview
Slayer delivers a punch so powerful that it knocks the opponent all the way to outer space, after which he recites haiku poetry and light flashes on where the opponent is. The haiku verses are displayed in red Japanese script.
In Guilty Gear Xrd -Sign- and its updates, the voice-over is translated and the haiku is signed with a seal as the Destroyed characters reacts with one of three quotes. In all versions, each individual verse in the haiku is chosen semi-randomly.
Trivia
- The name of this Instant Kill could be in reference to the Queen song "All Dead All Dead" from the album News of the World, as they are Daisuke Ishiwatari's favourite band[1] and have been referenced previously in the series[2].
