Guilty Gear Petit is a Japan-exclusive spin-off and the third installment of the Guilty Gear series. It depicts Guilty Gear X characters in a super deformed style.
The game received a sequel, Guilty Gear Petit 2, featuring more characters and a game link to Guilty Gear X Plus.

- Petit (spelled プチ? or ぷち?) means "small" in French.
- It is the first handheld title in the series.
- Emiko Iwasaki, Petit's director and main artist, also did arcade mode artwork for Guilty Gear XX -The Midnight Carnival- and would later go on to direct Battle Fantasia, another fighting game by Arc System Works.
