Russia
Russia is a recurring location in the Guilty Gear series, and a battle stage in Guilty Gear X, Guilty Gear XX, and Guilty Gear Petit. It is Millia Rage's default stage up until Guilty Gear XX Λ Core, where her default stage becomes London. Dragonica Falls is is said to be located near it.[2] As of 2187, it is part of the United Kingdoms of Illyria, under the Second King's jurisdiction.[1]
Design
The original stage for Millia is set in a garden or park, with two prominent trees on either side of the battle area, and a cobblestone path. The background features a fountain in front of many pine or fir trees, and a castle or cathedral sits behid it in the distance. A blue bird and small grey alien perch in the upper branches of the rightmost tree.
In Guilty Gear X, the stage is set in a garden besides a pier leading into a large dam, where a canoe can be seem. Two maiden statues can be seem above the water. A red cobblestone path runs through middle of the stage, leading into a bridge. The area is surrounded by cathedrals resembling some of Russia's late 15th and 16th century architecture, and a gigantic waterfall lies in the background beside a pine forest. This stage's special animation shows golden fairies flying randomly in the background. Guilty Gear XX features this same stage at dawn, and finally at night in Slash.
