The Eastern Chipp Kingdom is a "nation" (more accurately a collection of people), led by the self-proclaimed president Chipp Zanuff and his Chief of Staff Answer. Its status as a nation only exists in his mind, though he's working to get it recognized by the United Nations and the rest of the world. It is located in the southern part of Africa.

As the area saw little aid after the Crusades, it was a rather lawless place. Chipp was traveling around when he came upon it and managed to restore some level of order. The "population" is roughly in the tens of thousands, and their hearts have been captured by their charismatic president.

There is one obvious fault: Chipp's implementation of Japanese Culture Studies into the general education curriculum. Most of the information he projects is wrong.

Trivia

• According to Answer in his win quote against Zato, the mainstream religion of the Eastern Chipp Kingdom is the "Faith of Eight Million". This likely refers to Shinto, which is described as having eight million kami.
