Meter Boost is a unique install that Giovanna can enter in Guilty Gear -Strive-.

If Giovanna has 50% Tension stored, Rei glows a bright green. At 100% tension, Giovanna also glows bright green.

In both of these stages, her attack power gradually goes up, her defense increases and her normal attacks deal chip damage.

Grave (In Portuguese.)) was first introduced in Guilty Gear -Strive-.

Sepultura
Giovanna slides forward for a high-angle back kick with her front leg, having Rei follow the curve of her attack to spin the opponent out.

If used during Chave, the opponent spins out closer to Giovanna and deals more damage.

Trovão (トロヴァォン, Torova~on?, lit. Thunderclap (In Portuguese.)) was first introduced in Guilty Gear -Strive-.

Trovão
Giovanna does a handstand, having Rei circle around her legs before she flings herself forward feet-first, pushing the opponent back.

If used during Chave, the opponent spins out closer to Giovanna and deals more damage.

Rising Sun (In Portuguese.)) was first introduced in Guilty Gear -Strive-.

Sol Nascente
Giovanna does a reverse cartwheel kick on the spot, having Rei circle around behind her, pushing the opponent back.

If used during Chave, the gets launched a small distance upwards.

Setting Sun (In Portuguese.)) was first introduced in Guilty Gear -Strive-.

Sol Poente
Giovanna leaps high into the air, then turns around for a reverse kick while doing vertical splits, causing a mild ground bounce.

If used during Chave, Giovanna lands closer to her opponent while they're still in the air.

Secret (In Portuguese.)) was first introduced in the 1.29 patch update of Guilty Gear -Strive-.

Chave
Giovanna dashes forwards with a low profile. While moving, she can transition into her other Special Attacks, giving them alternative properties:
  • Sepultura - Sepultura's attack power is increased, and has the opponent spin out closer to Giovanna.
  • Trovão - Trovão causes an instant stun on a successful hit.
  • Sol Nascente - Sol Nascente launches the opponent.
  • Sol Poente - Sol Poente has Giovanna land closer to her opponent after their ground bounce.

Gale (In Portuguese.)) was first introduced in Guilty Gear -Strive-.

Ventania
Giovanna does a helicopter kick while rushing forward, with Rei circling around her feet. On the last hit, Ventania knocks the opponent down.

Ventania is invincible on startup. If used in the corner, it causes an Area Shift.

Tempest (In Portuguese.)) was first introduced in Guilty Gear -Strive-.

Tempestade
Giovanna dives diagonally downwards for a kick, with Rei by her side. If she connects, Giovanna and Rei barrage the opponent with strikes that launch the opponent - as if playing volleyball, ending the 8-hit combo with a Sol Nascente.

If used in the corner, it causes an Area Shift.
